How this site makes money

Some of the links here are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That's it. That's the whole business model.

It matters that you know a couple of things about how I treat that. The commission never changes the verdict - if a miner or a card isn't worth buying, I'll say so, link or no link. And I won't bury the verdict under a wall of "buy now" buttons. The numbers come first, the button comes after.

Where I can, I point you at the sellers actually worth using rather than whoever pays the most. For miners that tends to be the specialist Bitaxe shops and Amazon; for GPUs and build parts, Amazon and the usual component retailers. Prices shown are indicative until the live pricing is wired in, so always check the current price on the retailer's own page before you buy.

If you'd rather not use an affiliate link, that's completely fine - search for the product directly and buy it however you like. It won't hurt my feelings.
